How we work out your goal 🧮
1. Start with 1000 ml.
2. Add 20 ml for every kg you weigh.
3. Keep it inside a sensible range for your age
   (ages 9–13: 1600–2100 ml; ages 5–8: 1200–1600 ml; ages 14–17: 1900–2500 ml; grown-ups: 2000–3000 ml).
4. Add +250 ml if you are active, or +400 ml for very active days / very hot weather.
5. Round to the nearest 50 ml.
